22. In case a labor’s request for annual leave or a long leave, over five working days, he/she will request and obtain an approval from his/her direct manager, by having him/her initial on your company leave request form. A copy will be keep with the manager for the record. You are required to provide a substitute to cover accordingly within 2 days prior to labors’ leave for a handover and a work review if required as per category. Up on return he/she will report back to duty. In case of any leave extension, then ADFSC represented needs to be informed promptly via e-mail.
