In the event that a winner is under the age of eighteen (18) or such other age of any particular geographical location, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian.

by the way, "legal age" for different things like voting/getting married/ drinking alcohol etc may be different
legal age=adulthood (change from being a minor to an adult)

Thanks but rather wordy and "age of majority" is not really used much in English. Also, it's clear it's a jurisdiction
