I am struggling to find out what this means. I have never heard of anything called "licence paints".
It appears as a bullet point in a description of an art set as follows:
"Estuche de pinturas madera 86 piezas maletin"
"Tipo: Pinturas licencias"
This is all the context and information I have.
I am translating into UK English.

Bit of a shot in the dark, but I think they may mean "pinturas lienzos" (= para lienzos), i.e. canvas paints.
I have seen spellcheckers make similar mistakes.
