Maybe but "account tenure" isn't a familiar expression to me (I attend County Court possession hearings). Asker needs to respond if he or she doesn't want mere guesses....

as "possession orders" seem to be specific to UK. it's most likely UK.
OTOH not-logged-in-visitors are rarely quick to reply ... or even show again any sign of life.

Asker Which country/jurisdiction is this from please? It's important context since this is a legal concept. Is this a landlord and tenant case? Private or commercial premises?

It does seem a slightly odd choice of words. It would make more sense if you left out "account", but I'm pretty sure this is what it means.

The conditions under which land or buildings are held or occupied.
