...za klijente koji imaju zaključene ugovore o nedostavljanju dokumentacije Banci, broj klijenata koji u vlasničkoj strukturi imaju trastove i slično. Imajući u vidu složenost i kompleksnost oko prikupljanja i izvlačenja podataka, kao i dostupnosti istih u sistemu Banke, navedeni podaci u narednom periodu neće moći da se dostave bez angažovanja svih relevantnih struktura koje su nadležne za upravljanje podacima.

BUT it does sound very strange in the first place.
Not proving "[supporting] documentation" sounds like a rather unorthodox procedure, and on top of that making an explicit contract / agreement about it is even more weird sounding.
