To be honest, I spent a whack half-hour trying to find some sort of standard-operating-procedures summary, or a list of documents, that Freight Forwarders follow.
There are heaps and heaps on generic import work-flow, and those documents that an importer-exporter has to deal with - but almost every single one of them (even the most detailed ones) have a section right about in the middle ~where the magic happens ~ where they tell you which documents your customs clearance agent / freight forwarder is going to need at origin or destination.
I couldn't find a single result detailing what exactly a Freight Forwarder deals with, the standard documents they deal with on a daily basis, and their exchanges with any given Port Authority / Customs. My google-fu has failed me.

If your question was indeed about this, whether there is a specific term for this document in the Freight Forwarding world - the acknowledgement by Customs that the documents they have received contain no errors (this is poignantly not ...

@ezpz My issue with the translation of 'remesa' in this context (or lack thereof) is which of the several possible options to choose from in English (consignment/shipment/batch/remittance…) will be most appropriate in the circumstances. The meaning "Conjunto de cosas enviadas o recibidas de una vez"... was already clear. :-)
