French term
demande redressement
French to English
Bus/Financial
Transport / Transportation / Shipping
EDI, e-invoicing
FRANCE (or Canada?). As in my previous query in this pair, the term appears in a list of billing software strings, most of which are Spanish, except for four, which for some reason appear in French.
"Después de la referencia
Nº de bon de reprise
Nº de bon de retour
Nº de bon de destruction
Nº demande redressement
Nº factura proforma

redressement fiscal nm (augmentation d'impôt après une fraude)
tax adjustment, tax reassessment n
This relates to tax. More neutral and general words you could use, to hedge your bets a bit, are "correction" and "rectification".
See https://www.wordreference.com/fren/redresser for the latter meanings.

Given the software strings above the one in your question (i.e. regarding returns, destruction, etc.), and given the context of shipping and invoicing, I personally would go for "adjustment"– it's neutral and diplomatic.
