The two main centers are responsible for meeting the CARC strategic objectives as well as establishing, developing, and coordinating the operations of several chapters within partner organizations. The main centers will consist of a team of between 6+ staff members and have extended research resources such as a culinary laboratory and facilities for teaching, demonstrations, and public lectures/workshops. They are also responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring a good flow of knowledge sharing and collaboration between the other main centers and chapters. Databases of existing and newly developed food and ingredients and resources needed to operate all centers will be readily available.
