do all other acts and things as the Attorney shall in his absolute and unfettered discretion deem necessary or advisable for the purpose of giving effect to all or any of the documents hereby contemplated and the transactions hereby and thereby contemplated and (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) to agree the form, terms and conditions of, and make, sign, execute (whether under hand or seal), date, deliver, file and/or register such other deeds, agreements, instruments, applications, oaths, affidavits, declarations, confirmations, notices, acknowledgments, letters, certificates, mandates, instructions, undertakings and other documents whatsoever (whether of a like nature or not) which the Attorney shall in his absolute discretion deem necessary or advisable in connection with all or any of the documents and transactions aforesaid.
