Estoy traduciendo un documento de carácter legal, para ser más específico una demanda
Solicitamos a su autoridad (Fiscal General) se sirva llevar adelante el proceso de investigación y se nos haga conocer diligencias ulteriores con la finalidad de coadyuvar en el proceso. Así mismo pido señale audiencia de declaración informativa en nuestra calidad de victimas al haber sido directamente afectados por los actos acontecidos en 2018.
De acuerdo con mi diccionario legal "declaración informativa" se traduce como "tax return"; sin embargo, creo que "tax return" se usa más en documentos de carácter fiscal. En mi caso, los documentos son de carácter "penal".

I think it's as simple as this. "De declaración informativa" goes without saying - they want to state their case to the public prosecutor.

'Victim impact' is redundant, because it goes on to say 'en nuestra calidad de victimas', which is not part of the question. I'd say something like 'a hearing as victims directly affected by the events of 2018'
