German term
Zugwalzen, Trichter
German to English
Tech/Engineering

draw rolls / hopper
That is what Routledge says for printing.

generically "Trichter" is "funnel"; this translation seem to also be appropriate in the above context, where the right tension of the paper is important. In order to be guided correctly into and through the press, the paper needs to be "funneled" (or guided in).
Cone, hopper, bell and gate are typically used in a context where materials are being fused on a manufacturing/production line.

While not a pressman, I worked as layout man for many years, preparing flats for printing plates. This is US terminology.

For the most part, I concur with the first respondent. Zugwalzen are called draw or snubber rolls, whereas snubber rolls are used more commonly in plastics. As for Trichter, this is usually called feed or feed hopper or feed mechanism. The idea is based on feeding or "funneling" the feedstock (paper) into the printing press.
Good luck!

jockey rolls (or pulleys), funnel
1- since it's about tension adjustment(Bahnspannung) of the system, I believe these are the appropriate terms:
Zugwalzen = jockey rolls or jockey pulleys (it's a plural in German). Routledge also gives idler, jockey wheel, tension pulley, etc...
2- Trichter = funnel, hopper, cone
it could be a cone pulley if it is a transmission cone.

technical dictionary, not necessarily for printing (at least I'm honest)
