Spanish term

Phrase

Spanish to English Social Sciences Medical: Health Care Nursing
Referring to one of the a list of determining factors relating to the quality of higher education:

"Cooperacion en tanto proceso de inclusion de otros, de las diferencias y de los diferentes como participacion de todos en la formacion de la cultura"

My attempt: Cooperation both in the process of including others and allowing for differences and different people, and involving everyone in ............"

Not sure of the phrase as a whole, but particularly the last part - is it talking about educating people about culture, or forming a culture??

Cooperation implies both the inclusion process of others, i.e., embracing...

... differences and the different, as well as everyone's participation in and contribution to culture.
Creo que tenemos un error y según mi interpretación la frase correcta sería: cooperación ES tanto xxx como yyy

see explanation

"cooperation both as inclusion of others, of difference, of those unlike ourselves, and also as participation of all in building a common culture"
I take it "la cultura" means "nuestra cultura" or the culture shared by those being talked about

La frase en castellano deja mucho que desear...

Para mi la esencia de esta frase es: "We request collaboration not only with cultural awareness and the actual acceptance and inclusion of others, but also with the development of an inclusion culture".

Yo cambiaria "both", por "not only... , but.... as well".

Por el contexto puedes leer si se referiria, por lo contrario a la creacion de una "nursing culture"...

Y se me olvido una parte...

... but also everyone\'s involvement with the development of an inclusion culture\".

\"Embracing\" suena bien tambien!

another attempt

This seems more clear:

Cooperation--both accepting others' differences as well as including everyone in the culture-building process.

I think culture refers to the internal culture of an an organization, such as a university.
