Never start up the slow-turn device when the planetary cycloid reductor and overrunning
clutches are connecting as well as the fan is not runing, in that the overrunning clutche will be damaged. Do remember to operate the slow turn device only after the fan stop its high speed running, or when the speed of the fan is decreasing. It is better to turn on the slow turn device at the moment of the shuttiing-down of the fan ( or we may say when the major electric fan turns off)
