In a will, under section : Nil Rate Band Legacy on discretionary trusts, there is this sentence:


"I give the Nil Rate Band Legacy to the Nil Rate Band Trustees to hold upon the following trusts" = Je donne mes avoirs non soumis aux droits de succession aux Trustees gérant la tranche libre de droits de succession afin qu’ils les conservent dans les trusts suivants.

Est-ce que Nil Rate Band Trustees s'entend des trustees (gérant un trust donc, j'imagine le Nil Rate Band Trust) qui gère cette tranche libre des droits de succession ?
