Comment: "bravo. en plein dans le mille car c'est bien de maléate de chlorophéniramine dont il s'agit. par contre B.P reste en suspens car cela apparait avec tous les composants par exemple ammonium chloride B.P

Malate is the same in French and it means ester, or salt in French acétat.
B.P. in combination with decongestant is always explained as blood pressure - tension artérielle (TA)
