Hi, I'm very confused about this sentence in a text about Scotland and the Hebrides:
"there is also a noticeable lack of the ubiquitous Hebridean tip or the Highland fling"
It is an article recounting the journalist's travels in Scotland, especially on Islay island.
I have found out that the Highland fling is a Scottish dance, but anyone has any idea about the "Hebridean tip"?
