Znalazłem w sieci więcej kontekstu z tego opisu: The MP111 keeps monitoring the input voltage, and releases the charge from storage capacitor to input capacitor when the input voltage is lower than the selected release voltage. It regulates the input voltage to keep it close to release voltage for as long as possible.

The power status bit ps is used to indicate the status of the local power supply in the STU-R. The power status bit is set to 1 if power is normal and to 0 if the power has failed. Sterownik zapisu i przekazywania komunikatu o zaniku zasilania - może coś takiego.
Nie zgłaszam bo pewność bardzo mała a z "1" nie ma sensu.
