I am seeking advice regarding a brief movie dialogue. The thing is, I have no script at my disposal and certain parts turned out incomprehensive due to tricky medical slang (I get only the part about pulling the IV and defibrillating later on). The dialogue is ab. 20 seconds long (ER, doctors assesing the patient's condition on their way). Could anyone give a hand, please? The video is not available on youtube and I'm not sure how could I make it available on PROZ without violating any regulations.

And watt-seconds is correct in the plural, as it is referring to an energy level = watts × seconds (= joules) and not watts per second
This is what I've come up with as for now:
- All the way through(?)
- Respiration down.
- [missing]
- Alright. We're gonna need another IV. [missing]
- OK, let's move, move, move!
- Pressure's falling.
- Babinski's negative.
- Can't get a pulse.
- Set a dopamine drip, hundred mics [i.e. mcg] per minute.
- Right.
- Doctor! We've got defib.
- Pedals. Two hundred watt/seconds [I hear the plural form clearly]
- We're hitting him!
- All clear?
- Clear.

I've come across medical articles now and then, but I've never studied medical jargon (as yet) - I'll try to come up with something logical and I'll post it here as soon as I can.
Until 0:12 it's all slang, I could hardly make sense of it.
