@ Asker I think your 'mics' is actually probably 'migs' = 'milligrams'; 'micrograms' would probably be too loaw for what is going on here.

And watt-seconds is correct in the plural, as it is referring to an energy level = watts × seconds (= joules) and not watts per second

I've got everything starting from 0:13 (if 'mics' is a proper slang-term from mcg to be included in the script), though the initial dialogue is still an enigma. I'm investigating some articles on ballistic wounds, trying to figure it out, yet it might prove to be more general...A hard nut to crack.
This is what I've come up with as for now:
- All the way through(?)
- Respiration down.
- [missing]
- Alright. We're gonna need another IV. [missing]
- OK, let's move, move, move!
- Pressure's falling.
- Babinski's negative.
- Can't get a pulse.
- Set a dopamine drip, hundred mics [i.e. mcg] per minute.
- Right.
- Doctor! We've got defib.
- Pedals. Two hundred watt/seconds [I hear the plural form clearly]
- We're hitting him!
- All clear?
- Clear.
