filiere metier

French to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
No real context: In a passage about a company which has several foreign subsidiaries. Its language policy is that la "filiere metier" can choose its own language of communication. one suggestion is that it means "Work Groups" but I have never seen it as meaning this
