Futsal 5-a-side football
Context: This is from the rules for a 5-a-side football tournament. Earlier in the text, it states that the rules are based on Futsal rules.
COUP FRANC
From what I've read it appears to means something like you shouldn't play the ball when you're down on the ground, but I can't find an English equivalent term

playing the ball (while/whilst) on the ground
It's allowed in football/soccer but not in futsal.

playing (the ball) while on the ground

This came up the other day during play and I cannot get a straight answer except for “playing the ball on the ground is against the rules."

grounding
A specific term can be this.
In terms of a foul, it could be a player who, when fouled, simulates and stays down.
