Depot - AK

German to English Medical Medical (general)
Anamnese:
Rueckenschmerzen seit 2 Wochen - waehrend der Grav. keine Schmerzen. Direkt nach Sectio - Depot gespritzt und dann weiterhin fuer 3 Monate keine Schmerzen. Allerdings mit Auslaufen des Depots - Beginn der Schmerzen. ***Depot-AK*** - letzten Montag. Vor der Grav. mit selben Schmerzen geplagt. Z.n. Sectio caesarea - 2007. Schmerzen bei Bewegung im Rueckenbereich.

tough one, I'd ask the client if possible - could also be "allgemeines Krankenhaus", if e.g. the Depot was given at another hospital, but there's no way of knowing. AK = anticoagulant?

AK could be an abbreviation of Antikörper = antibodies, but I guess this does not fit in this context, does it? I have no idea if anybody would inject some sort of antibodies to treat back-ache??

agree Anne Schulz : vielleicht TNF-Antikörper, wie sie bei rheumatischen Erkrankungen oder Bechterew-Krankheit verabreicht werden
