wiem, że było to już kilkakrotnie, ale niestety cały czas mam wątpliwości co do tłumaczenia tego wyrazu...
z definicji:
"utwory: wszelkie utwory w rozumieniu przepisów o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, które Zleceniobiorca powinien stworzyć lub które mogą zostać stworzone na jego rzecz w ramach wykonywania Usług, a w szczególności wszelkie pisma, stanowiska, dokumenty, raporty, rekomendacje..."
teoretycznie powinno być "works" (bo pieces of work to raczej odnosi się do dzieł, a nie o to tu chodzi), ale mnie się to przeplata z zakresem prac i harmonogramem prac i będzie to brzmiało co najmniej dziwnie... czy mogę przetłumaczyć to jako "dokumenty"? a jeśli nie, to czy ktoś może mi zasugerować coś sensownego? będę ogromnie wdzięczna
