Mr. A. Kowalski, Master of ....
There is no title in English for Master that would procede the last name, it has to be Mr. and then, if you must include Master, it has to go after the last name, Master of Arts in whatever subject or Master of Science... In English we normally would just leave the Master out altogether.

This is post-grading.
László, both MA and MSc can apply to psychology. Have a look at www.socialpsychology.org/distance.htm
or any of the following:
http://www.sonoma.edu/Psychology/Catalog/specialMA.html
http://www.cogs.susx.ac.uk/grad/masters/node6.html
http://www.csuchico.edu/catalog/psy/ma_psy.html
http://psych-www.colorado.edu/Graduate_Study/5yrprog.html
http://www.brockport.edu/~gradpsh/grads.html
Google returns 4,290 hits for "MA in Psychology" and 219 for "MSc in Psychology"
