: Again, you cannot say in English "the office's parking." As a noun, "parking" refers only to the activity of parking a vehicle. It is not a synonym of "parking lot," "parking space," "parking garage," etc.

area / spaces belonging to the office (here)
In the context, I would write, "Does this area belong to the office?" or, since it seems to refer to really only a few parking spaces, "Do these spaces belong to the office?"

Also, I'm not against Gaskell's proposal to use "company," even though this building may be only one office of the business in question. In that case, "belong to the company," "belong to your company."
