I need some advice about what is meant by разойтись in the following context:

в двухместном стандарте площадью 14 м² паре будет трудновато **разойтись** и найти место для чемоданов

Thanks in advance!

not to bump into each other every time

Thank you, interprivate!
agree Rachel Douglas : OK by me. But not "every time", which implies - "every time they do what?"... Maybe "all the time" or "constantly".

Thank you, Rachel! I like "all the time".

to move around freely

Я бы предложила перевод несколько описательный, передающий идею "having enough space" или "moving around freely", как вариант:

In a 14 m² standard double room, it will be somewhat difficult for a couple to move around freely and find space for their suitcases.

Hi Nadezhda! I like this answer a lot and I was thinking of something like this myself.

to have any privacy

In this context, somewhat analogous to cars not having enough room to pass each other on a road, for which the same Russian verb can be used.

The latter - individual personal space within in the room.
Note from asker:
Thanks Rachel! Do you mean that the couple won't have private space away from other people at the hotel or that the 2 of them won't have any individual personal space from each other?

Thanks, Angela! Same to you, and greetings from soggy WV, which may not be soggier than MD.
agree Mikhail Kropotov : I like the outside-the-box thinking behind your suggested translation, but, as your accurate explanation makes obvious, не разойтись literally describes a situation much more dire than "not having privacy".

Thanks. But what you say is true. Back-up idea would be "not to be tripping over each other".

it means: not enough space for 2 plus (their) luggage

no explanation needed
