Wild guess: perhaps "de preferente" means that it sticks out like a hill.

Seeing the sentence before would give more context. It seems as if it's giving advice on where to place the pyramid, but "lleno todo" is unclear. Full of what?

Good first draft; needs some polishing, especially in punctuation.
