Derecho de Comando de la Policía

Spanish to English Law/Patents Asylum/Migration/Displacement COLOMBIAN POLICE
¡Hola, colegas!

Acting commander? Or could it be a typo for director?
I'm assuming it's their job title, but it's not clear from the limited context you've given.

Right to seek intervention from the Police Station / Headquarters

More info / context from the complaint would help.

Note that headquarters would be appropriate if if the main one of the police precinct. Police Station will do.

neutral philgoddard : I don't see how 'comando' becomes 'seek intervention from'.

Comando de la Policía is name for Police Station in Colombia. What right what do you think the petitioner has in relation to the police station?

2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "thanks for your reply, Seth. In the end, we decided to translate it literally as "POLICE STATION RIGHT (SIC)" due to the typo and it not being necessarily crucial info in the doc."
