The common thread might or should give us a clue And, as I see it, has to do with tasks that are not the main business of the company (its business being that of carrying goods and other loads in trucks) such housekeeping, cleaning, or any other activity that has to do with keeping things neat so that things could go smoothly, including serving food.

A curious (or silly) idea that I've been thinking of is that "lindero" has to do with "lindo", i.e. someone who beautifies things, and maybe decorators (or even janitors, euphemistically) can be referred to as "linderos". But I deem that very unlikely.

I can see why manipuladores de alimentos & manipuladores de residuos might need to have coproparasitologic analysis done, for their own protection & for the protection of the public. But wicker chair seat weavers? Security guards ranging the property boundaries, if that is in fact what "lindero" is? I can't quite figure out the grouping.

Rejillero It appears that a "rejillero" is one who works with wicker, primarily with woven wicker chair seats. There is a discussion with a photo here:
