(AmE + BrE) Valued at a single figure

perjuicio estético mínimo: minimal disfigurement = a minimal mulitplier.

Having often referred myself to the standard UK textbooks of Kemp & Kemp and MacGregor on Personal Injury Damages for the Ogden Tables, I - perhaps like other drafters of tort claims - find the reference to a points system odd.

No harm sticking to valuation of the claim.
Example sentence:

For example, if a person has medical expenses of $10,000, and the injuries were relatively minor, the insurance company may choose to use the 1.5 multiplier and offer around $15,000 as a settlement.

neutral Robert Carter : Excuse me if I'm being dull here Adrian, but even if you could convert points to figures, wouldn't "a single figure" be ambiguous since it could be any figure from 1 to 9?//Meaningless, but not point-less. I'll get me coat...

Indeed. But a point (of what?) is no less ambiguous and, arguably, meaningless.
