Spanish term
HGIA
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical: Health Care
postpartum
Medical report from Colombia on a 5-year-old girl who probably has Cerebral Palsy.
This part talks about the birth.
AP [prior history]
Prod 3 embarazo [product of 3rd pregnancy]
aborto previo [prior miscarriage]
CPN (+) desde 1 mes (I think this is post-natal checks)
Next thing on the list is ADEA (-), which I have already posted as a question.
After that on the list we have INFX (-). I think the (-) means "negative" and INFX - I think that means "infection"
**and followed by HGIA (-) **** which, in my theory, would mean that the baby did not experience HGIA.
And I have no idea about HGIA. Thank you for any help!

Hemorragia
I think it means "hemorragia." I've found this article that mentions "hgia parenquimatosa" and it refers to parenchymal hemorrhage. https://portal.guiasalud.es/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/gpc_5... (last column of page 146)

Sorry, I forgot to add the translation. It would be "no hemorrhage." The "(-)" sign means "negative," as you suggested.
