El traductor puso: "A percentage of 2.784715 % of the common rights and duties in relation to Plot No. 6, 3rd Stage corresponds to the aforementioned plot and ...

Yo estaba considerando algo como "This plot is entitled to receive a percentage of 2.784715 % of the common rights and duties regarding Plot No. 6, Third Stage..."

Agree with FVS It ain't broke - no need to 'fix' it.
FVS (X) Jul 13, 2011:
Not wishing to be rude but.... the translation you are revising is much better than your version. I know this stuff and I would leave it alone if I were you.// The original could be re-arranged a but but the meaning is correct.

on the common rights and duties regarding / with respect to

I like the sound of "regarding" as you suggested or "with respect to" more than 'in relation to" personally

neutral Jennifer Levey : Hmmm... OK as far as it goes, but your answer suggests you agree with the rest of Asker's version which, I believe, contains a glaring error.

neutral FVS (X) : No. "On" is wrong and misleading and completely destroys the sense here.
