Hello Mohamed,
New York University - School of Continuing and Professional Studies offers a Certificate in Translation. They have the Distance Learning option for some language pairs.

I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Legal Translation at the City University London.
It is a two year course, you have to be there 4 times a year for taught 4-day courses in class. You do not have to move to London, most of my fellows travel even from Bahrain!
You have two options for obtaining a degree: either you study 8 modules for a dipTRans or you write in the ninth module a dissertation.
The course is ok , but you have to spare quite a lot of time for it.
