In questi giorni ho qualche problema con il mio OCR e ne sto cercando uno on-line per l'emergenza, ne potete consigliare qualcuno? Conoscevo quello di Novadys, ma pare non sia più disponibile...Grazie!

Anch'io usavo Novadys...funzionava così bene, forse proprio per questo hanno tolto la versione gratuita?
Fra gli altri gratuiti on-line, non ne ho mai trovato uno che desse risultati soddisfacenti, così alla fine mi sono decisa ad acquistare Abbyy Fine Reader.
Se non l'hai ancora fatto (si può provare solo 1 volta per 1 mese) puoi chiedere la versione di prova e usarla per questa emergenza.

Also, in case you work with MS Office suite or MS Word at least, there should be an OCR application in it. Many users forget this completely.
In order to use this OCR segment of MS pack, the document should be in some of image formats. The same applies for the above OpenOCR. This means that you should effectuate a prior conversion PDF>image format. The operation could be done easily with PDFCreator.
PDFCreator procedure: Open PDF in Acrobat Reader - print on the virtual driver of PDFCreator - instead of printing, choose the save as-button - save as image.
