Pur precisando: «Sono a disposizione del partito non come candidato premier o presidente della Repubblica nè come centravanti nè come contrattacco, ma come allenatore». Ovvero la proposta del presidenzialismo già lanciata nei giorni scorsi: «Bisogna avere la consapevolezza che il Paese così è ingovernabile e lo dimostrano i 56 governi che ci hanno preceduto, durati in media 11 mesi». «Il governo non può revocare un ministro - sottolinea ancora - e il premier non ha potere di nomina, è tutto delegato al Presidente della Repubblica o ai presidenti delle due Camere o all'Aula».
