Hello Victoria,

While the GTW platform supports Mac, sometimes there may audio problems. Please make sure you do the connectivity test before the session: http://www.proz.com/faq/4997#4997

Please check this article for more details http://support.citrixonline.com/en_us/gotomeeting/all_files/gtm130012

Hope this helps.

My bests,
Helen

Webinar time wrong Apr 1, 2014

Hello there, I am waiting for this webinar to start - it is due to start in 1 minute but there is no sign of life on gotomeeting.

I assume the wrong time has been used? GMT 1400 is now, so maybe you have forgotten it is summer time and the clocks went forward at the weekend?

Thanks,

Jane

Hello Jane,

The session was announced for 2pm GMT. Thus, the session should start in about 45 minutes from now, at 09:00 EST (GMT-5). Check what time the course is running in your local time here, http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html .

Hope this helps and clarifies.

My bests,
Helen

Thanks Helen, I am on the webinar. Although 2pm GMT is 8 am EST because the UK is on summer time, but maybe I misunderstand the definition of GMT (I am taking it to be the current time in Greenwich, London).

Thanks again,

Jane
