1. Since my late 40s (when I started wearing glasses) I’ve been visiting my ophthalmologist once a year.
2. I wear glasses with an anti-reflective coating.
3. My work place is well lit.
4. I make small breaks each hour when I’m working on a large project.
5. I use larger fonts.
6. My screen is placed at the correct distance and in the proper position.
7. I used to suffer from back pain until my daughters offered me an orthopaedic pillow (Orthia).

I can in fact sit at the screen for many hours, and do so for private puropses as well as work.
