Slovak/English translation & Interpreting

Hello)!
Our client (solicitors) have a translation and interpreter request in relation to a personal injury claim.
Background
It is alleged that the Claimant fell forwards down the last 3 steps of a steep staircase due to slipping on a metal strip which was worn and slippery, landing on her knees and sustaining a comminuted fracture of her right patella.
Current position
The Claimant lives in Slovakia and does not speak any English. The solicitors have arranged for the Claimant to have appointments undertaken remotely via Microsoft Teams with 2 medical experts in June in order to assess her current condition and obtain an opinion on her current/future treatment etc.
Instructions
Would you kindly provide us with quotes/estimate fees for the following please
An interpreter to attend the remote medical appointments (x2) taking place towards the end of June. These should last approx. 2 hours
Translation of the following;
Medical appointment letters – 1 page each
Emails to the Claimant with the link for the appointment – short files
Any other documents/correspondence that the Claimant may need to consider
Could you let me know the hourly rates for providing online interpreting and the rate per 1000 words for the translation to English for Slovakian and where necessary Slovakian to English.
