    Description
    In poco più di un’ora, metteremo in luce e scopriremo come superare le principali difficoltà poste dalla traduzione di quella particolarissima tipologia testuale che è il menù.

    Come spiegare in cosa consiste un piatto tipico nel breve spazio di una riga? Come risalire velocemente e con assoluta certezza alla denominazione italiana di una data specie animale o vegetale? Come “condire” la traduzione con uno stile stuzzicante? In altri termini, come garantire una traduzione corretta e precisa di materie prime, metodi di preparazione e pietanze e allo stesso tempo invogliare il potenziale cliente a sedersi a tavola?

    Nel nostro webinar, cercheremo di dare risposta a queste e altre domande, esplorando le principali risorse e strategie a disposizione del traduttore per superare con successo i diversi scogli.
