Source text - Chinese 含口的旧城区确有它教人想念之处。高大茂密的法国梧桐掩荫着小街，街两边的旧屋弥散着旧租界的气息。一些带尖顶的阁楼和墙体斑驳的教堂散落在繁华闹市的背后，至今仍是美术院校学生写生的地方。解放公园原是一处富家大花园，解放后收归政府所有。为纪念抗战时期在武汉牺牲的苏军烈士，园内修建了一座白色的陵园。早先习画时，公园里有覆满绿草野藤的山坡，弯曲的小径与湖塘，还遍布高大茂密的树林。每当深秋时节，公园便被灿烂的金色笼罩，秋风一起，金属片般的落叶覆满园地。这里曾是我们的“巴比松”，也是那个时代的精神囚徒的放风之地。我们的青年时代伴随着灵魂的飘泊迁徙早已远去，精神空间已被时间异化，当疲惫的身躯坐在欲望的台阶上回望时，我们听得到从心灵深处飘来的叹息。
Translation - English The old city districts of Hankou really deserved people‘s missing. Shaded by the tall and dense chinars, the old houses on both sides of the street were filled with the smells of the old concessions. Some attics with spire and churches with mottled walls scattered behind the bustling downtown, which is still the sketching place for the students of arts schools today. Emancipation Park was originally a rich garden reverted to the government after the liberation. A white cemetery was built in the park to commemorate the Soviet martyrs sacrificed in Wuhan during the Anti-Japanese War. In the park were the slopes covered with overgrown grass, winding paths and ponds, and also tall and dense woods, when we were painting at earlier times. In the fall, the park was involved in the brilliant gold. As the wind blows, the metal-like leaves filled the garden. This place was once our “Barbizon" and the break place for mental prisoners at that time. Our youth had gone away with the wander of the souls and the spirit had been distorted by the time. We could hear the sign from the bottom of our hearts when looking back on the step of the desire with weary bodies.
