Source text - English (i) The required documents and information shall be provided to the Purchaser not later than 3 (three) business days after the signing of this Agreement, if such kind of documentation are on the accessible of the Seller. If during the Due Diligence it turns out that for complete performance of this process it is necessary to receive additional documents or information, the Seller upon written request of the Purchaser or its representatives shall submit it to the Purchaser or its representatives within 3 (three) business days as from the moment of receipt of the written request or refuses with the reason to present accordant documentation if they are not accessible to the Seller.
(ii) The Parties agree that the ownership rights to the Properties and to the Project are transferred to the Purchaser at the moment when the ownership rights to the Properties are registered in the name of the Purchaser with the Land Book.
(iii) The Seller hereby represents that the notes described in Clause 6.2.1 of this Agreement are the only encumbrances of the Properties, the Properties are not rented, all taxes on the Properties are paid up, the Properties are not transferred or promised to any other person, the Properties are not encumbered with any other debts or liabilities not mentioned herein above, they are not subject to dispute or other prohibition not mentioned herein above, and therefore the Seller shall be responsible for all possible claims of third persons which are addressed against the Seller or the Properties with regard to the time period up to the date when title of the Purchaser to the Properties is registered with the Land Book.
(iv) All expenses related to the conclusion of this Agreement, opening the Escrow account, notary services as well as other expenses not stated here directly but being related to the fulfillment of the provisions of this Agreement shall be covered by the Purchaser.
Translation - Estonian (i) Nõutavad dokumendid ja informatsioon esitatakse Ostjale mitte hiljem kui 3 (kolme) tööpäeva jooksul pärast käesoleva Kokkuleppe sõlmimist, kui vastav informatsioon on Müüjale kättesaadav. Juhul, kui due dilligence läbiviimise käigus ilmneb vajadus saada täiendavat informatsiooni või lisadokumente, esitab Müüja need 3 (kolme) tööpäeva jooksul peale vastavasisulise avalduse saamist Ostjalt või tema esindajalt, või jätab vastava info ja/või dokumentatsiooni esitamata, kui need ei ole Müüjale põhjendatult kättesaadavad.
(ii) Pooled lepivad kokku, et Kinnistute ja Projekti omandiõigus läheb Ostjale üle ajahetkel, mil Ostja kasuks tehakse kanne kinnistusraamatusse ja omandiõigus Kinnistutele on Ostjale üle läinud.
(iii) Müüja kinnitab, et käesolev Kokkuleppe punktis 6.2.1. nimetatud märkused on ainsad Kinnistuid koormavad õigused; Kinnistute suhtes ei on sõlmitud kehtivad rendilepinguid; kõik Kinnistute seonduvad maksud on tasutud; Kinnistud ei ole üle antud ega mingil muul moel lubatud ühelegi kolmandale isikule; Kinnistuid ei ole koormatud ühegi muu õiguse lisaks eelpoolnimetatud koormatistele; Kinnistute osas puuduvad igasugused vaidlused ja keelud, mida eelpool ei ole nimetatud, ning tulenevalt sellest kannab Müüja vastutust kõigi kolmandate isikute võimalike nõuete ees Müüja või Kinnistute suhtes ajal, mil Ostja omand Kinnistute suhtes ei ole kinnistusraamatus veel registreeritud.
(iv) Kõik kulud, mis seonduvad käesoleva Kokkuleppe sõlmimise, Escrow konto avamise, notaritasude ja muude kuludega, mis ei ole käesolevas Kokkuleppes otseselt sõnastatud, kuid on seotud käesoleva Kokkuleppe tingimuste täitmisega, tasub Müüja.

Source text - English (i) Standard measures to prevent infections resulting from the use of medicinal products prepared from human blood or plasma include selection of donors, screening of individual donations and plasma pools for specific markers of infection and the inclusion of effective manufacturing steps for the inactivation/removal of viruses.
Despite this, when medicinal products prepared from human blood or plasma are administered, the possibility of transmitting infective agents cannot be totally excluded. This also applies to unknown or emerging viruses and other pathogens.
(ii) XXX is used in order to lead to the formation of antibodies against hepatitis B virus and to prevent hepatitis B in the following cases:
• In case of accidental exposure in non-immunised subjects (that is persons who have not been vaccinated against the hepatitis B virus; including persons whose vaccination is incomplete or status unknown).
• In haemodialysed patients (that is patients with a severe renal failure that need a blood purification by a artificial renal), until vaccination has become effective
• In the newborn of a hepatitis B virus carrier-mother.
• In subjects who did not show an immune response after vaccination (that is persons in which the vaccination did not become effective) and for whom a continuous prevention is necessary due to the continuous risk of being infected with hepatitis B.

(ii) XXXi kasutatakse hepatiit B viirusvastaste antikehade moodustamiseks ja hepatiit B preventsiooniks järgnevatel juhtudel:
• Vaktsineerimata isikute juhuslik kokkupuude (isikud, keda ei ole hepatiit B vastu vaktsineeritud; sealhulgas isikud, kelle vaktsineerimine on lõpetamata või nende vaktsineerimisseisund on ebaselge).
• Hemodialüüsi patsiendid (st püsiva neerupuudulikkusega patsiendid, kes vajavad vere kunstlikku puhastamist) ajani, mil vaktsiin on hakanud mõjuma
• Vastsündinu, kelle ema on hepatiit B viiruse kandja

According to a legend, in the old times there was a sacred lake - Emujärv. Oak and maple forests on the shores were full of fairies and pixies, witches and wizards. Ancestral traditions are therefore an important part of the cultural life of the local people in the Võrtsjärv area.
The uniqueness of Lake Võrtsjärv
The Võrtsjärv lake with its abundant fish resources has throughout centuries been the means of subsistence for locals. Centuries have affected the natural environment near the lake and left their trace in the culture and history of the region. It is home to ancient fishing villages, and has a historical fishing vessel endemic to the region – the kalepurjekas. The lake, which is rich in eel, carp bream and pike-perch, also features Estonia’s only freshwater fish museum.

- Visit the Lake Museum situated in Vehendi Village, where rare and protected species are exhibited in aquariums as well as a model of the biggest fish ever caught in Võrtsjärv
- Visit the Dutch windmill at Tamme (built in 1875-1899) that use to serve as a convenient navigation landmark for fishermen. According to a legend Swedes were buried on the site near the windmill.
