With just a little bit of planning, accomplishing a goal is a simple task.
Translation - Persian (Farsi) همۀ ما رویاهایی داریم. این رویاهای بزرگ و کوچک، زندگی ما را می‌سازند. البته یک پشت‌گوش‌اندازِ درون هم داریم که نباید پیروز شود! رسیدن به مقصدِ موفقیت با برداشتنِ اولین قدم ممکن می‌شود. حتی اگر به توانایی‌ات شک داری، باید دل به جاده بزنی و شروع کنی. با کمی برنامه‌ریزی، رسیدن به هدف آسان است.

Source text - English مساله تلفات در شبکه انتقال انرژی از مهمترین دغدغه‌ها می‌باشد به نحوی که کاهش میزان تلفات نقش بسیار مهمی در افزایش بازدهی سیستم وکاهش هزینه‌ها خواهد داشت. می دانیم که رسیدن و انتقال انرژی از مبدا به مقصد نیازمند ارتباطات مختلف و فراهم آوردن تجهیزات مختلف در طول مسیر می باشد. با فرض ایتکه تجهیز مسیر انتقال در هر محیطی دارای مشکلات و هزینه های منحصر به فرد خود را دارا می باشد، بنابراین انتقال انرژی و مسیر مناسب از جمله مهم ترین فاکتورهای انتقال انرژی می باشد. در این پایان نامه بدنبال یافتن مسیری بهینه برای رساندن توان به مصرف کننده در هر مکان دلخواه می باشیم. در پروژه هدف یافتن بهترین مسیر و کمترین تلفات برای رسیدن انرژی(برق) از منبع تولید کننده انرژی به مصرف کننده می باشد. که انرژی الکتریکی بتواند با کمترین تلفات و هزینه به مصرف کننده برسد و افزايش قابليت اطمينان شود. در صورتی که مسیر درست انتخاب گردد، تلفات کل شبکه را نیز کاهش خواهد داد و کمینه کردن انرژی از دست رفته (خاموشی)، یکی از اصلی ترین موارد در قابلیت اطمینان است و ضمن اینکه کاهش میزان تلفات نقش بسیار مهمی در افزایش بازدهی سیستم و کاهش هزینه ها دارد. بنابراین در این رساله با نوشتن برنامه در محیط شبیه سازی متلب، ابتدا طول کروموزم ها به صورت متغیر بوده و بر خلاف بسیاری از الگوریتم موجود، ثابت نیست و تابع شایستگی (تابع هدف) بصورت مینیمم کردن هزینه (ساخت و تلفات) می باشد.
Translation - Persian (Farsi) . The issue of loss in the power transmission grid is one of the most important concerns, so that reducing loss plays a crucial role in boosting system efficiency and diminishing costs. It is well known that transmitting energy from the source to the destination requires providing various communications and equipment along the way. Assuming that equipment used for power transmission in each environment gives rise to a particular set of problems and costs, would lead us to the conclusion that energy transmission and proper path are among the key parameters of energy transmission. In this thesis, we seek to find an optimal path to deliver power to the consumer at the desired location. The goal of the project is to find the best path with the least loss of energy (electricity) from the energy source to the consumer. In this way, the electricity can be delivered to the consumer with minimum loss and cost and enhanced reliability. If the right path is chosen, it will also reduce overall network losses and minimize power loss (blackout), which is one of the most important issues in reliability. The low loss rate plays a crucial role in upgrading system efficiency and shrinking costs. Hence, in this thesis, a program is written in the MATLAB simulation environment with variable chromosome lengths, unlike many of the existing algorithms where a constant length is considered, and the fitness function (objective function) involves minimizing costs (construction and loss).
