Source text - English New investments in the medical waste treatment facilities in Macedonia will lead to positive aspects such as increasing the quality of environment and health. Moderni-sation will contribute to better life quality by reducing health risks associated with handling of potentially infectious waste.
There will be local economic benefits from the new HCRW Management system. In general, projects in this sector promote local development as they provide a direct service to productive activities, and because they aim to satisfy the wider needs of the local population. We will try to emphasise some of the main benefits that will arise from implementation of the HCRW Management system.

Source text - English Companies or entities of significant size controlled exclusively, directly or indirectly, by the group are consolidated using the full consolidation method. Exclusive control is assumed when the group holds at least 40% of the share capital and no partner or shareholder, directly or indirectly, holds a larger shareholding than that of the group. Only companies whose balance sheet total is in excess of € 3 million or whose sales are in excess of € 3 million are consolidated.
Companies or entities in which the group exercises a significant influence over the management or the financial policy are accounted for by the equity method, with significant influence being assumed when more than 20% of the voting rights are directly or indirectly held.
Companies or entities in which the group exercises joint control with other shareholders or partners are consolidated using the proportional method.

Source text - Serbian Analgeti~ko delovawe - Nesteroidni antiiflamatorni lekovi (NSAIL) otklawaju ili umawuju bol, ali samo bolove umerenog intenziteta koji nastaju u toku procesa zapaqewa. Takvi bolovi obi~no nastaju u toku mijalgija, artralgija, cefalgija itd. Ovi lekovi ne mogu da umawe ili da otklone intenzivne bolove visceralnog porekla. NSAIL ne deluju na mentalne funkcije u qudi, ne izazivaju depresiju niti mewaju senzorne funkcije. Metamizol i drugi nesteroidni antiinflamatorni lekovi ne deluju na eksperimentalno izazvan bol (npr. bol izazvan elektri~nom ili mehani~kom stimulacijom) ve} samo na bol patolo{kog porekla, koji je prouzrokovan inflamacijom, odnosno bradikininom i citokinima (interleukini 1 i 8, TNF-alfa). Ovi lekovi spre~avaju osloba|awe prostaglandina i drugih medijatora u hiperalgeziji.
Translation - Macedonian Analgesic effect – Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs remove or reduce the pain, but only pain of moderate intensity generated during inflammation process. Such pains are usually generated during mialgias, artalgias, cephalgias etc. These drugs can not reduce or remove intensive pain of visceral origin. NSAID do not affect the mental functions in people, do not cause depression nor they change sensory functions. Metamizole and other NSAID do not affect the experimentally cause pain (pain caused by electrical or mechanical stimulation) but only on pain of pathological origin, caused by inflammation, that is by bradikinin and cytokine (interleukins 1 and 8, TNF-alpha). These drugs prevent the release of prostaglandins and other mediators in hyperalgesia.

karakteristiki na zafatenite zoni.
Vo zavisnost od konkretnite prirodni i tehnolo{ki
uslovi, zemjenite masi, ili povtorno se vra}aat vo
otkopaniot prostor, ili se odlagaat nadvor od zonata na
kopot, na specijalno uredeni deponii, t.n. odlagali{ta.
Istovremeno, kako rezultat na vadeweto na korisnata
mineralna surovina, doa|a do deficit vo zemjenata masa.
Kako posledica na toj deficit na zemjinata masa, vo terenot
ostanuvaat depresii, odnosno prazen nepopolnet prostor.
Translation - English Usually digging of land with high intensity, in order to come to the useful mineral component, results in dislocation of huge land masses. The dislocation itself of the land masses causes significant short term and permanent changes in the landscape and esthetical properties of the areas concerned.
Depending on the specific natural and technological conditions, land masses are either returned to the dug up area, or they are deposited outside of the pit area in a specially designated landfills i.e. depositories. At the same time, as a result of extracting useful mineral raw material a deficit of a land mass appears. The consequence of this deficit of land mass, are depressions showing up in the terrain, that is empty space.
