Source text - English Article 2. Conclusion of Agreements
2.1 All oral and written offers of LS shall be without engagement and revocable.
2.2 Information regarding the products that are to be delivered, appearing from models, samples, examples, catalogues, prospectuses, circulars, advertisements and price lists shall exclusively be provided as an indication. That information shall not be binding upon LS.
2.3 An agreement with a Buyer shall be concluded in writing, unless permitted otherwise by LS. In the latter case the delivery slip / invoice shall be deemed to correctly represent the contents of the relative delivery. The Buyer declares beforehand that he agrees with the contents of the aforementioned delivery slip / invoice.

L’80% delle malattie nel continente deriva dall’uso di acqua contaminata, che centinaia di milioni di africani raccolgono ogni giorno da fonti non protette dove si annidano pericoli mortali, soprattutto per i bambini. Poi bisogna fare i conti con le conseguenze indirette del mancato accesso all’acqua pulita, quelle che noi cittadini del mondo ricco non riusciamo nemmeno a immaginare: senz’acqua non funzionano le scuole, senz’acqua le donne passano ore fuori di casa alla ricerca di una sorgente e non si possono occupare dei bambini e dell’igiene domestica, senz’acqua molti bambini e bambine lasciano la scuola, senz’acqua le comunità si disgregano.
Translation - English The access to clean water is a key condition for development in Africa: without water there is no health, no life, no agriculture, no economic development. 80% of diseases in the continent result from the use of contaminated water that hundreds of millions of Africans collect every day from unprotected springs harbouring life-threatening dangers, especially for children. Moreover, we have to come to terms with the indirect consequences of the impossibility to access clean water, something that we, as citizens of the rich world, cannot even imagine. Without water, schools do not work; without water, women spend hours outside their homes in search of a spring and cannot look after their children and take care of home sanitation; without water, many male and female children drop out of school; without water, communities fall apart.
