Desde el momento en el que los Usuarios entran y usan XXX están aceptando las Condiciones y Términos de Uso. Si algún Usuario no estuviese de acuerdo con el contenido o parte del contenido de las presentes Condiciones y Términos de Uso deberá abandonar XXX, no pudiendo acceder ni disponer del Contenido.
Las Condiciones y Términos de Uso que aquí se recogen son aplicables a todas las formas de acceso que existan, o puedan existir en el futuro, a XXX, incluyendo Internet, vía móvil o cualquier otro dispositivo.
3.2 El acceso a XXX es libre y gratuito. La visualización de los cursos sí requiere un registro previo.

Manual selection
Use the up/down cursor to move the red selection frame to the recognized type of current sensor at CT1 and/or CT2 and press the enter key to activate the selected input.
Automatic selection activated
As soon as a current sensor is plugged in and recognized, the current input is automatically changed to this input and this type of sensor.
There is no need to go to the setup menu for selection of current measurement inputs.
E.g. if ‘direct current inputs’ was active before, the input is automatically changed to the current sensor plugged in (CT100A, CT1000A, LEMflex (FLEX 3000), Hotstick). If the sensor is unplugged, ‘direct current inputs’ is automatically selected again.
If automatic selection is activated at both inputs CT1 and CT2, the last plugged in sensor is automatically selected.
If the last plugged sensor is unplugged ‘direct current inputs’ is selected.
If the sensor at the other input is unplugged and plugged again, the input changes directly to this sensor.
Manual selection of the ‘direct current inputs’ or the other CT input is also possible, if one of the CT inputs is set to automatic selection.
If automatic selection is activated at both inputs, ‘direct current inputs’ cannot be selected, the input selection toggles between CT1 and CT2, if manually selected.
When leaving and recalling the measurement input selection menu after a manual selection, the automatic selection is reactivated.

Source text - Arabic بعد مرور 65 عاماً على تصويت الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة على قرار تقسيم فلسطين الى دولتين عربية ويهودية، عادت الجمعية امس للتصويت على قرار منح فلسطين صفة «دولة مراقبة غير عضو». وبقدر ما فرح اليهود في 29 تشرين الثاني (نوفمبر) 1947 بقرار التقسيم واعتبروه بداية طريقهم الى تركيز اسس دولة اسرائيل التي كانوا يحلمون بقيامها، تنفيذاً لمشروع الحركة الصهيونية، احتفل الفلسطينيون بـ «انتصار» امس واعتبروا تصويت الجمعية العامة مدخلاً الى تكريس حقهم في اقامة دولتهم المستقلة على 22 في المئة من ارض فلسطين التاريخية، بعد ان خسروا باقي ما كان منحهم إياه قرار التقسيم كنتيجة لهزيمة 1967 التي انتهت باحتلال إسرائيل أراضي الضفة الغربية والقدس وقطاع غزة.
لكن لا قرار التقسيم وضع حداً للنزاع الفلسطيني اليهودي على حدود الأرض وهوية الدولة، ولا الاعتراف الرمزي والمنقوص بدولة فلسطين في نيويورك امس سيكون كافياً لحل هذا النزاع. القرار الأول لم يكن اكثر من اعتراف دولي أرادت الحركة الصهيونية من خلاله أن تكرس «حقها» في السيطرة على جزء من أرض لا حق لها بها أصلاً. وقرار امس لا يتجاوز حصول الفلسطينيين على اعتراف دولي بحقهم بالمطالبة بالسيادة على جزء من ارضهم التاريخية، من دون أن يوصلهم عملياً إلى هذه السيادة. وكما انطلق اليهود من قرار التقسيم ليكرسوا بقوة السلاح والحرب حقائق على الأرض لم يمنحها لهم هذا القرار ولم يكونوا يحلمون بها عام 1947، فإن قدرة الفلسطينيين على فرض حقائق جديدة، سواء على الأرض أو من خلال المفاوضات، هي التي ستحوّل تصويت الجمعية العامة إلى قرار له معنى.
ومن خلال استعادة تاريخ الصراع ليس من الصعب أن نستنتج اليوم أن العرب والفلسطينيين خسروا برفضهم قرار التقسيم الذي كان يمكن أن يحفظ لهم 43 بالمئة من ارضهم، إضافة إلى سيطرتهم على معظم مصادر المياه الجوفية في فلسطين، بما فيها المياه التي تغذي تل أبيب، وعلى ثلث الشواطئ المحاذية للبحر.
لكن القراءة المتأخرة للتاريخ تسمح عادة بتقدير خطأ القرارات أو صوابها، وهو ما لا تتمتع به القرارات التي تكون ابنة لحظتها. غير أن العرب لم يضيعوا فقط فرصة الإفادة من قرار التقسيم لكنهم أمعنوا بعد ذلك في مراكمة الخسائر وإضاعة الفرص، إلى أن وصلنا إلى الوضع الذي نحن عليه اليوم، والذي بات معه أقصى المكاسب التي يمكن الحصول عليها هو اعتراف إسرائيل باحتلالها للأرض الفلسطينية واستعدادها للتفاوض على الانسحاب منها.
إذا استطاع الفلسطينيون البناء على تصويت الجمعية العامة والعمل على تمتين وحدة فصائلهم وقرارهم، يكون هذا التصويت شكّل خطوة متقدمة نحو كسب اعتراف دولي بحقهم، ليس فقط بدولة مراقبة لما يجري في العالم، بل بدولة تتمتع بكل صفات العضوية في المجتمع الدولي. من اجل ذلك، لا بد أن يلتف الفلسطينيون حول قرار واحد في ما يتعلق بحقوقهم ومطالبهم، وان يحسموا في ما بينهم سقف المطالب التي يسعون اليها ويستطيعون تحقيقها.
من المهم أيضاً ألا يبالغ الفلسطينيون في تقدير أهمية المكسب الذي تحقق في نيويورك، وألا يتم تظهيره وكأنه مكسب لحركة «فتح» او للرئيس محمود عباس، في مقابل المكسب الأخير الذي حققته «حماس» من خلال التوظيف السياسي لردها على العدوان على غزة، ذلك أن معلومات كثيرة أشارت إلى أن حملة السلطة الفلسطينية لتسويق القرار الأخير على الساحة الدولية قامت على ضرورة دعم الاتجاه التفاوضي للسلطة في مقابل اتجاه «العسكرة» الذي تُتهم «حماس» باعتماده.
موقف كهذا يعزز استمرار التنازع والانقسام بين الفلسطينيين. وهو لا يقل خطراً على القضية الفلسطينية من استمرار الاحتلال.
Translation - Italian A 65 anni dal voto per la divisione della Palestina in due territori separati, uno arabo ed uno ebraico, l’Assemblea Generale dell’Onu è tornata a votare, ieri, una risoluzione che ha concesso alla Palestina lo status di “osservatore non-membro”. I palestinesi hanno così festeggiato il riconoscimento del loro diritto ad avere uno Stato palestinese, che ormai corrisponde al 22% della Palestina storica, in seguito alla sconfitta del 1967 che ha segnato l’inizio dell’occupazione israeliana in Cisgiordania, Gaza e Gerusalemme.
Tuttavia, il riconoscimento simbolico di uno Stato di Palestina non sarà sufficiente per porre fine alla divisione ed al conflitto tra palestinesi ed israeliani. La decisione presa ieri a New York non riconosce il diritto dei palestinesi di rivendicare la loro sovranità sulla propria terra storica. Sarà la capacità dei palestinesi di imporre una nuova realtà dei fatti, sia sul territorio che attraverso negoziati, a dare significato alla decisione dell’Assemblea Generale.
Se i palestinesi sono riusciti a lavorare per consolidare il voto dell’Assemblea Generale, questa risoluzione rappresenta un passo in avanti verso il riconoscimento a livello internazionale di tutti i loro diritti in qualità di Stato membro della comunità internazionale a tutti gli effetti. A questo scopo, è necessario che venga elaborata una risoluzione che riconosca i diritti e le esigenze dei palestinesi.
Inoltre, è importante non esagerare nel considerare la risoluzione come una garanzia per Fatah o per il presidente Abbas, specialmente dopo il successo ottenuto da Hamas a Gaza; per questo, molti credono che la campagna dell’Autorità Palestinese per pubblicizzare la decisione presa a livello internazionale serva ad orientare il potere verso la negoziazione, vista la “militarizzazione” adottata da Hamas.
Questa situazione non fa che acutizzare la divisione interna tra i palestinesi. E si tratta di un altro fattore pericoloso per la causa palestinese, al di là dell’occupazione israeliana.

1. The Company shall organize each following committees subordinated to the Board of Directors:
1. Committee for Recommending Candidates for Outside Directors;
2. Audit Committee;
3. Management Committee.
2. The Company may organize varieties of committees in addition to the committee described on paragraph (1)-1, Article 34 for efficient management of business and operating of the Board of Directors by the resolution of the Board of Directors.
3. The composition, authority, operation, and other details pertaining to each committee shall be determined by the resolution of the Board of Directors.
4. Each Committee shall notify each director of any resolution it made. In such case, each director so notified may request to (the director who has the right to convene meeting as set forth in Article 30-(2) the convention of the Board of Directors meeting, within five (5) days and the Board of Directors may re-resolve the matter which was already resolved by the relevant Committee.
