Source text - French Art. 87. (L. nº 93-2 du 4 janv. 1993) La constitution de partie civile peut avoir lieu à tout moment au cours de l'instruction.
Elle peut être contestée par le procureur de la République ou par une partie dans les dix jours de l'avis ou de la notification qui lui en aura été donné. Le juge d'instruction peut également, dans les dix jours du dépôt de la plainte, déclarer d'office irrecevable la constitution de partie civile.
Translation - Spanish Artículo 87. (Ley nº 93-2 del 4 de enero de 1993) La constitución de la parte civil podrá darse en cualquier momento de la instrucción.
Podrá ser impugnada por el fiscal o por una de las partes dentro de los diez días siguientes al aviso o a la notificación que se haya entregado. Igualmente, el juez de instrucción podrá de oficio, dentro de los diez días desde la presentación de la denuncia, no admitir a trámite la constitución de la parte civil.

My rates will let you take your share of profit as an agency or save some cents per word if you are a final customer, and they will provide me with a fair income.
- Accept unreasonable deadlines. I check my translations several times, contact experts in the field of the text... I don't deliver translations thinking "it will be proofread anyway", so I won't accept deadlines which don't let me deliver a high-quality work.
- Offer the same rate for PPT, DOC, JPG, PDF and other formats.
