Source text - Spanish - La Compañía podrá efectuar todo tipo de operaciones financieras, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley General Presupuestaria y con sujeción a los límites previstos en las leyes de presupuestos anuales. - La Compañía mantendrá un régimen de contabilidad separada de sus actividades de construcción y administración, desglosando la correspondiente a las infraestructuras de su titularidad y de titularidad del Estado, y de prestación de servicios adicionales, complementarios y auxiliares.
Translation - English - The Company may make all types of financial transactions in accordance with the provisions of the General Appropriations Act and subject to the limits set by the annual budget laws.
- The Company will maintain a separate accounting system of its construction and management activities; this system will be broken down into that corresponding to its own infrastructure and that of the state; it will also indicate what corresponds to the provision of additional, complementary and auxiliary services.
