I am a US citizen. I have lived in Spain and Austria in addition to the USA. I lived in Austria for almost 20 years.



For most of my professional life I have worked in the IT and banking sectors, regularly translating financial and technical documents for different firms. I also worked for several years at Siemens and translated and proofread technical documents. I can translate freely between German, English and Spanish.



Since 2010, I translate full time. I typically translate between 2,500 and 3,000 words per day for a small, select group of companies. My areas of specialty include business and technical translations, as well as general and technical medical documentation.



I have significant experience in project management and working on projects with tight deadlines. In order to provide the best possible service to my clients, I stay in constant communication with them, and make sure that I can be easily reached. I believe that good communication and a long-term relationship with my client base is mutually beneficial, allowing me to provide a higher standard of quality and service.
