Since 2012, I have provided professional English–Turkish translation, localization, LQA, and AI language services, combining linguistic expertise with a strong background in software engineering and IT.

My key areas of work include:

• Translation, Editing & MTPE – IT/software, medical & clinical research, engineering, automotive, marketing, e-commerce, travel, HR/e-learning, and gaming.

• Localization & LQA – Software, websites, mobile apps, UI/UX, customer journeys, and digital products, including linguistic and functional testing.

• AI/LLM Evaluation & Data Annotation – Response evaluation, SBS model comparison, dataset annotation/QA, conversation and search-quality evaluation, transcription QA, and AI-generated content assessment.

• Prompt Creation & Evaluation – Creating, testing, and refining prompts for translation/localization workflows and evaluating outputs from different LLMs.

• MT/MQM & Quality Evaluation – Systematic assessment of machine-translated and AI-generated content using project-specific quality frameworks.

• Ambiguity & Edge-Case Management – Resolving unclear cases, applying complex guidelines consistently, documenting decisions, and identifying guideline gaps.
