The Gram Sabha has to approve a scheme to be implemented by the Gram Panchayat. The line department concerned needs to inform intended beneficiaries in schemes that are not being implemented by the Gram Panchayat. These stipulations ensure that people can access the benefits of various schemes meant for them. The Gram Sabha can undertake the selection of beneficiaries in some schemes involving pensions, housing, biogas plants, the electrification program etc. People need to be informed about details of certain other schemes, like scholarships or construction of roads under PMGSY. The Gram Sabha should be involved in matters like crop planning and irrigation. Economic activities like dairy, horticulture or schemes for artisans need to be discussed in the Gram Sabha to create interest and demand. All these stipulations should be included in the Annual Plan and will require special Gram Sabha meetings.

EDR II (Enterprise Data Repository) is an initiative launched by XX Content Management Services (CMS) to provide a single content management platform across HP, and to migrate the data from the various pre-merger HP and pre-merger Compaq content management systems. Welfare State tries to implement progressive measures like land reforms, agricultural development, price control, public distribution system of essential commodities, provision of health, education, sanitation, communications etc.
3. Undertakes wide-range of Social Services
Welfare State undertakes wide-range of social services for the betterment of its citizens. They include measures like eradication of untouchability, dowry, child marriage, sati, etc. It takes steps to abolish illiteracy, poverty and unemployment. It established schools, hospitals and other institutions to meet the needs of the people. It provides unemployment relief, maternity benefit, old-age and other social benefits.

Introduction
We are asking for participation in the clinical research study to find that the research medicine Fluocinolone Acetonide Intravitreal (FAI) is secure or beneficial in the peoples having chronic non-infectious posterior uveitis.
Non-infectious posterior uveitis means the inflammation of the back side of the eye which is not related to any infection. This inflammation may affect on the composition of the eye to be permanently damaged and you may have to lose the vision.
The Research study includes only the people who opt to take part in the study. Before approval to join this research study you have to know the risks and benefits so you can take informed decisions. This is called "informed consent".
In this consent letter might have the words that you cannot understand. A copy of this consent form could be taking to home. Please read the information carefully and discuss it with anyone that with whom you want to discuss. In that may include any friend or relative. If you have questions, so please tell to give the answers of that to the practicing doctor or practicing staff. Once you have got the information of the study and the test to be carried out, So if you have decide to join this study, it will be asked to you to sign this consent form. To take part in this study you have to read this form, understand it and then sign it.
This is not your ascribed duty to participate in the study and to refuse to participate in the study would not affect on your clinical nurture.
You are free to leave this study at any time. Practicing doctor will tell you about the other treatments. Learning Objective
At the end of this module, you will be able to:
Classify ratios based on their origin and function.
Financial ratios study the relationship of two or more items in the financial statements of a company.
Ratios are classified into different types depending on the origin of the items being compared or depending on the output or purpose of the ratio.
We will start with the traditional classification of ratios which is based on the financial statement from which the ratios are derived.
The first type is the income statement ratios.
These are ratios calculated based on figures or heads of accounts taken from the income statement.
For example, the net profit ratio is calculated as net profit divided by sales and the resultant multiplied by 100.
Since both the net profit and sales are contained in the income statement, the net profit to sales ratio is an income statement ratio.
The second type is the Balance sheet ratios.
These are ratios calculated based on figures or heads of accounts taken from the Balance sheet.
A good example is the current ratio which compares current assets to current liabilities.
Current assets and current liabilities are both computed based on Balance sheet items.
The third type is the composite ratios.
These are ratios calculated based on figures or heads of accounts taken from the income statement and the Balance sheet.
The fixed assets turnover ratio is calculated as net sales divided by net fixed assets.
In this ratio net sales are taken from the income statement whereas net fixed assets are taken from the Balance sheet.
Therefore, fixed assets turnover ratio is an example of a composite ratio.
However the traditional classification of ratios is rarely used.
Analysts are more concerned with the result or end purpose of the ratio rather than where the ratio originated from.
Ratios which are classified based on the result or purpose of the ratio are called functional ratios.
Functional ratios are further subdivided into four types.
The first type is called liquidity ratios.
The purpose of liquidity ratios is to measure the short-term liquidity of a company.
Liquidity means the ability to pay short-term liabilities as and when the money is due.
Liquidity ratios are calculated based on the current assets and current liabilities given in the Balance sheet.
Current assets are those assets which are already in the form of cash or can be quickly converted into cash.
These include cash and bank balance, short-term investments, marketable securities, debtors, bills receivable, stock, prepaid expenses and advance tax.
Current liabilities are financial obligations of the company which have to be paid in the short-term, meaning within a period of one year.
Which include bank overdraft, short-term loans, creditors, bills payables, outstanding expenses, pre-received income, provision for taxation and proposed dividends.
The company receives money when debtors and bills receivable are settled.
The money received is used to pay the company’s current liabilities.

वित्तीय अनुपात हमे एक कंपनी के वित्तीय विवरणों में से दो या दो से अधिक वस्तुओं के संबंधों का अध्ययन कराता है!
तुलना किये जाने वाली वस्तूएं के मूल या उपज/उत्पादन पे या अनुपात का हेतू/उद्देश्य के आधार पर अनुपात को विभिन्न प्रकार में वर्गीकृत कर रहे हैं!
हम अनुपात की पारंपरिक वर्गीकरण के साथ शुरू करेंगे जो कि वित्तीय विवरण पर आधारित है जिसमें से हम अनुपात प्राप्त कर रहे हैं!
पहला प्रकार आय/अर्थप्राप्ती विवरण अनुपात है!
ये अनुपात आंकड़ों या आय/अर्थप्राप्ती विवरण नो के खाता प्रमुखों के आधार पर अनुमानित किये हैं!
उदा., शुद्ध लाभ अनुपात की गणना शुद्ध लाभ को बिक्री से विभाजित करके और उसके परिणामी को 100 से गुणा. करके कि है!
शुद्ध लाभ से बिक्री का अनुपात आय/अर्थप्राप्ती विवरण अनुपात है! क्योंकी शुद्ध लाभ और बिक्री दोनों आय/अर्थप्राप्ती विवरण में समाहित हैं!
दूसरा प्रकार तूलन पत्र अनुपात है!
तूलन पत्र में से लिये हुए आंकड़ों या खातों के प्रमुखों के आधार पर इन अनुपातोंका अनुमानित किया गया हैं!
एक अच्छा उदाहरण है कि,जो वर्तमान अनुपात मौजूदा देनदारियों/ऋनों को मौजूदा संपत्ति से तुलना करता है!
वर्तमान संपत्ति और मौजूदा देनदारियों दोनों तूलन पत्र के वस्तुओं के आधार पर अनुमानित/गणित किये हैं!
तीसरा प्रकार मिश्रित अनुपात है!
ये अनुपात आय/अर्थप्राप्ती विवरण तथा तूलन पत्र से लिए गये खातों के आंकड़ों या प्रमुखों के आधार अनुमानित किये गए है!
अचल संपत्ति कारोबार अनुपात शुद्ध बिक्री को शुद्ध अचल संपत्ति से विभाजित करके अनुमानित करते है!
इस अनुपात में शुद्ध बिक्री आय/अर्थप्राप्ती विवरण से ले रहे हैं तथा जबकि शुद्ध अचल परिसंपत्तियाँ तुलन पत्र से ले रहे हैं!
इसलिए, अचल परिसंपत्तियाँ कारोबार अनुपात मिश्रित अनुपात का एक उदाहरण है!
तथापि पारंपरिक वर्गीकरण अनुपात शायद ही कभी उपयोग किये जाते है!
विश्लेषक जहां से अनुपात उत्पन्न हुए है उसके बजाय अनुपात के परिणाम या अंत उद्देश्य के साथ संबंधित रहे है!
जो अनुपात अनुपात के परिणाम या उद्देश्य के आधार पर वर्गीकृत किये जाते है, उसे कार्यात्मक अनुपात कहा जाता है!
कार्यात्मक अनुपात आगे चार प्रकार में विभाजित किये जाते हैं!
पहले प्रकार को द्रवता अनुपात कहते है!
द्रवता अनुपात का उद्देश्य कंपनी की अल्पकालिक द्रवता को मापने के लिए है!
जब पैसे चुकाने/देणे रूप में होते है तब अल्पकालिक देनदारियों का भुगतान करने कि क्षमता का मतलब द्रवता होता है!
द्रवता अनुपात तुलन पत्र में दिए गए वर्तमान परिसंपत्तियां और मौजूदा देनदारियों के आधार पर अनुमानित/गणित किये जाते है!
वर्तमान परिसंपत्तियां वो परिसंपत्तियां होती हैं जो पहले से ही नकद के रूप में होती है या उनको जल्दी से नकद में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता है!
इसमे नकद और बैंक शेष,अल्पकालिक निवेश, विपण्य प्रतिभूतियां, देनदार, प्राप्य विपत्र/बिल, स्टाक, प्रीपेड व्यय और अग्रिम/पेशगी कर शामिल हैं!
वर्तमान देनदारियां जो कंपनी की वित्तीय देनदारियां होती है, जो अल्पकाल में मतलब उनका एक वर्ष की अवधि के भीतर भुगतान किया जाना चाहिये!
जो कि बैंक अधिविकर्ष, अल्पकालिक ऋण, लेनदार,देय विपत्र/बिल, बकाया व्यय, पूर्व प्राप्त आय, कराधान के लिए प्रावधान और प्रस्तावित लाभांश शामिल करते हैं!
कंपनी पैसे प्राप्त करती है, जब प्राप्य देनदार और विपत्र/बिल स्थापित किये जाते हैं!
प्राप्त नकद/पैसे कंपनी के वर्तमान देनदारियों का भुगतान करने के लिए उपयोग किये जाते है!

Introduction
We are asking for participation in the clinical research study to find that the research medicine Fluocinolone Acetonide Intravitreal (FAI) is secure or beneficial in the peoples having chronic non-infectious posterior uveitis.
Non-infectious posterior uveitis means the inflammation of the back side of the eye which is not related to any infection. This inflammation may affect on the composition of the eye to be permanently damaged and you may have to lose the vision.
The Research study includes only the people who opt to take part in the study. Before approval to join this research study you have to know the risks and benefits so you can take informed decisions. This is called "informed consent".
In this consent letter might have the words that you cannot understand. A copy of this consent form could be taking to home. Please read the information carefully and discuss it with anyone that with whom you want to discuss. In that may include any friend or relative. If you have questions, so please tell to give the answers of that to the practicing doctor or practicing staff. Once you have got the information of the study and the test to be carried out, So if you have decide to join this study, it will be asked to you to sign this consent form. To take part in this study you have to read this form, understand it and then sign it.
This is not your ascribed duty to participate in the study and to refuse to participate in the study would not affect on your clinical nurture.
You are free to leave this study at any time. Practicing doctor will tell you about the other treatments. Even If you choose to participate or not to participate in the study, your doctor’s approach towards you will not change. Your doctor should also take the decision that further you may not have to participate and whether if you want to continue further then your participation may cease by your doctor. This may happen if the treatments required in this study which is not admissible to you or if you not follow the activities specified by practicing doctor. If practicing doctor decide that you should not have to participate in the study then he will tell the reason of that. If you decide to leave the study you should have to tell your practicing doctor or practicing staff.
