A complex fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur. The combination of three nutrients in one granule ensures effective application, thereby helping to maximise yields, quality and ultimately profitability.
This grade is particularly useful for spring applications when crops require larger amounts of sulphur. Its application helps to build immunity and is responsible for the crop's strength. Quality of the final product is also improved, increasing the protein content in grains and the oil content of sunflower seeds, rape and soybean.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is pleased to present this second edition of the Creative Industries book How to Make a Living from Music. The book is designed for musicians and music professionals who wish to hone their knowledge of the music business. It offers practical information to help authors and performers appreciate the importance of proper management of their intellectual property rights, in addition to providing instructive advice on how to build a successful career in music by generating income from musical talent.
The book provides useful definitions of grassroots concepts and identifies the basic income streams for authors and performers. Special attention is given to copyright and related rights, and their particular application in the music context. The book underscores the importance of artist development and management, and provides guidelines on establishing fair arrangements for benefit sharing resulting from songwriting and performances.
How to Make a Living from Music is written, first and foremost, as a practical tool for creators in the world of music who are still in the process of establishing themselves in the market. Hence it offers a style that is designed to reach out to a broad audience. Secondly, the publication explores the interface between the creative process and all the necessary management arrangements which need to be in place from the moment of creating the music material until the moment it reaches the audience, thus providing valuable insights on synergies between creative and entrepreneurial approaches. Thirdly, it looks into the importance of using the enabling infrastructure such as collective management organizations, registration systems and available compensation schemes. The value of the presented material is reinforced by the detailed annexes which can guide music professionals through the practical complexities of the music business.

También ofrece información práctica para ayudar a los autores y los artistas intérpretes o ejecutantes a apreciar la importancia de gestionar de manera apropiada sus derechos de propiedad intelectual. Por último, brinda consejos instructivos sobre cómo forjar una carrera exitosa en la música al generar ingresos gracias al talento musical.
Este libro brinda definiciones útiles sobre conceptos fundamentales e identifica los flujos de ingreso básicos para los autores y los artistas intérpretes o ejecutantes. Así también, centra su atención en los derechos de autor y los derechos conexos, y en la manera en que se aplican al contexto musical. Además, resalta la importancia del desarrollo del artista y de su gestión e incluye pautas para establecer contratos justos en la repartición de beneficios que provengan de las composiciones e interpretaciones.
En primer lugar, Cómo vivir de la música se escribió con el fin de ser una herramienta práctica para los creadores en el mundo de la música que aún están en proceso de establecerse en el mercado. En consecuencia, este libro se diseñó con un estilo que busca llegar a todo el público. Source text - English The following research analyzes the factors that are associated to the violence in the families of the students’ families of the Institución Uriel García, a coeducated elementary school in Cusco. This research will also allow us to know the levels of violence and those related according to: origin, sex of the offender, type of family, educational level, occupation, socioeconomic status, levels of alcohol consumption and the violent family history of the aggressor. At 95 % of reliability and, using the statistical test (chi square) to establish the factors related to violence in families, it is found that the average monthly income (30.5 %), the violence frequency in the father (36.1 %), the violence frequency in the mother (39.6 %), the violence frequency in any other family member (63.4 %), the violence history of the father (22.2 %), the violence history of the mother (23.3 %) and the violence history of any other family member (36.2 %) are factors related to violence in families, p < 0.05. In general, it is emphasized that the violence in the families of the elementary school female students is closely related to the frequency of violence in any other family member with a 63.4 %.
Translation - Spanish La investigación que se presenta estudia los factores que se encuentran asociados a la violencia en las familias de las alumnas del nivel primario de la Institución Educativa Mixta Uriel García de la ciudad del Cusco, estudio que nos permite además, conocer los grados de violencia, y aquellos de asociación según: procedencia, sexo del agresor, tipo de familia, nivel escolar, ocupación, nivel socioeconómico, nivel del consumo del alcohol e historia familiar violenta del agresor. Se encuentra que, al 95% de confiabilidad, mediante el uso de la prueba estadística (chi cuadrado) para establecer los factores asociados a la violencia en las familias, se encontró que el ingreso promedio mensual (30.5%), la frecuencia de violencia en el padre (36.1%), la frecuencia de violencia en la madre (39.6%), la frecuencia de violencia en otro familiar (63.4%), el historial de violencia del padre (22.2%), el historial de violencia de la madre (23.3%) y el historial de violencia en otro familiar (36.2%) son factores asociados a la violencia en las familias, p < 0.05. En general, destacando que la violencia en las familias de las alumnas del nivel primario presenta mayor relación con la frecuencia de violencia en otro familiar en un 63.4%.
